When the metabolic pathway NO / cGMP is activated, which occurs during sexual stimulation, inhibition of PDE5 by sildenafil leads to an increase in the level of cGMP in the corpora cavernosa. Indications

Contraindications

Method of administration and dosage
The preparation is administered orally.
Adults. The recommended dose is 50 mg, applied if necessary, approximately 1:00 before sexual activity. Overdose
