Forsen Forte with Valerian by Olimp Lab is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules, which combines a composition of plant extracts from valerian root, lemon balm leaves and a chamomile basket. The composition has been supplemented with B vitamins (niacin, riboflavin and vitamin B6). Valerian root helps in maintaining proper sleep quality. At the same time, it can contribute to maintaining mental well-being, including in the case of tension and stress that may result from an intense lifestyle.
